A dedicated Management Team is at the heart of the organisation
. Melco Technologies, is a strong believer in
professionalism at work. Our management team consists of Operations,
Financial, IT and Logistics Administrators.
These departments in turn will liaise with the respective project leader to
ensure a smooth running operation. In the Melco Technologies
Call Centre, Operations run the production floor. The IT team will handle the
connectivity on-hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Financial Head
manages the funds required for the operations and the Logistics Head organises
the infrastructural needs and the entire functioning of the Centre.
Melco Technologies employs highly qualified people and
practices to ensure renewed customer satisfaction in an environment of
discipline and professionalism. Each potential team member goes through a rigorous selection process to confirm that the right skills are

| MR. MOHAMMED MOULANA : Chairman |

Mr. Mohammed Moulana, is an ex-Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR),
and was formerly associated with DuMond International, Inc. USA, as their
Resident Director, in India, for five years. Mr. Moulana, is having background
in Electronics, Telecommunications and in Computer Sciences from TIFR.
Besides, he has over two and half decades of expertise & experience in
Consultancy & Human Resources Management Services for cross sections of
Industries which includes Hydrocarbon (Oil/Gas & Petroleum), Power Generation,
Engineering & Construction Industries, HR Systems formulation and
Human Resources Information Management System (HRIMS). We have been providing our
human resources consultancy services for some of fortune 500 MNCs in hydrocarbon,
Power Generation and EPC Engineering Construction Companies in Gulf.
Having qualified in HR and Personnel Management with additional qualifications
in Business Management, he is an excellent facilitator by a deep conceptual
and practical knowledge in HR functions and is familiar with modern HR concepts/
business tools, Competencies and Employer/Employee relations is his forte-subjects

B. Com. From Mumbai University and MBA from Bombay School of Business, Diploma in Computer Sciences from NIIT. He is also having Diploma in IATA International Air Travel Association from Switzerland.
Mr. Shums Moulana, is currently Managing Director of Melstar Travels Limited.,
since its inception and have been successfully handling company's day-to-day
affairs & operations in International/Domestic Travel and Tourism sector.
He is responsible handling Corporate key accounts and provide them Customer
Relations Management (CRM) services. He is Computer Savvy and now venturing
into ITES enabled services due to its high potentials, prospects
and one of the fastest growing industries in India.

| MR. SAMEER MOHAMMED MOULANA : Executive Director |

After Graduation he has done his Network Specialist from CMS and CCNA from CISCO
certified Engineer. He is well competent to handle network administration of any
organization with full support services. Mr. Sameer, will handle inhouse all related
network administration requirements of BPO/Call Center of Melco Technolgoies (MelcoTech). |
